With the convenience of the increasing road traffic and the growing popularity of private cars, making car ownership in China's growing parking problem also attracted more and more attention. However, the current parking area is still in the parking difficulties, chaotic parking situation, for residential property owners to install a manual parking lock, leading to the parking lot of inconvenience. Meanwhile, traffic continues to promote the intelligent, electronic toll collection (ETC) system, the gradual popularization of the application of the highway, the vehicle identification technology to provide an effective program, and installed on the vehicle popular car transmitter (OBU). This article is in this demand analysis and practical application, based on the use of ETC technology is designed to complete vehicle identification, parking area via the wireless control to achieve the automatic lock down, and ultimately achieve automatic parking area, making the area more convenient parking.This retains the technology of automotive vehicle ETC unit (OBU), the road side equipment (RSU) access at the entrance into the community, through the carrier under the 5.8GHz frequency band dedicated short range communication protocol (DSRC), to achieve auto-car unit and access Road side of the unit's communication, fast cars and road side units to achieve the interactive confirmation, so that automatic landing railing, so that vehicles can enter the cell. Then, access and parking lock the 315MHz frequency band carrier under the SC2262, SC2272 codec automatic communication control parking lock ups and downs.Firstly, the status of the parking area to do the analysis, leads to the electronic toll collection system, widely used across the country, introduced the electronic toll collection system, related technologies, the intelligent building technology into the city up, reflecting the significance of the subject.Secondly, the environmental features for the residential district described the current parking situation. The status quo in the context of this proposed automatic parking function within the district plan, described the area to stop vehicles from entering the cell during the whole process of intelligence.Then, in the third chapter in the proposed scheme of the system, analyzed and selected:automotive and access control solutions for the 5.8GHz frequency band communications carrier dedicated short range communication protocol under the DSRC; lock access control and parking plan for the 315MHz band communications carrier under the SC2262, SC2272 codec communication control. Also, keep the technology of automotive vehicle ETC unit (OBU), were designed and implemented access control unit and a residential parking lock unit.Then, based on functional area requirements of automatic parking system, according to their functional characteristics and parameters of the chip select to do an analysis done on the chip of choice in detail. This system is divided into three parts:First Car OBU unit, this paper describes the communication encoding and decoding methods and 5.8GHz emission principle. Second, community access control unit, designed data memory, serial communication, such as parking lock signal coding launch. Third, the parking lock unit, designed the motor control, ultrasonic detection, power supply module.Finally, other confounding factors in this system were analyzed and, summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the system.
