This essay is aiming to the problems which were the lack of historical and cultural elements and reduction of campuses culture and the fracture of the continuity of the internal campus culture, leading by the fast construction of the new campuses.trying to find a way which can continue and develop the campus culture, eventually forming the cultural landscape of campuses which were with an urban culture, and regional, characteristics and strong cultural atmosphere and distinctive characteristics.
