Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) Analysis, as an important way of analysis, has been widely used in many fields, such as, geology, material science, metallurgy and archaeology. At present, in order to realize the field analysis and streaming current detection, the development of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is to ensure miniaturization, automation, intelligentization, specialization, so that instrument's performance has been greatly improved.In this thesis, according to the trend of portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, we take the power supply of X-ray source in the spectrometer as our research object, and aims to design an integrated power supply of the spectrometer with small volume, light weight, and easy to operate. To further the study of the power supply, we put forwards a design of electric circuits which can get high-power output of high voltage and filament with excellent properties. And we introduced principles as well as functions of each circuit. Meanwhile we provide theoretical basis of electronic components and the parameters of main devices.We assembled an EDXRF spectrometer by the integrated power supply. And we devised and built light path of the X-ray fluorescence, so as to measure the original spectrum of the X-ray tube, which laid a foundation for future qualitative and quantitative analysis.
