| The web-based information platform for electric enterprise is very crucial for realizing a management of integrating all processes, including engineering management, products development, data processing, equipments statuses etc. into data base system, and each various" information island" of field engineering can be connected into information system. As a result of that, all kinds of information for engineering and new products can be completely saved, analyzed and sorted out independently. Further more, all kinds of information, no matter firsthand or historical, can be feed back to the development of new products and engineering management, and design efficiency improved. It is very helpful to gather experience for project management and development and improve the innovation ability.The construction of informazation foundation is key to realize efficient management. By means of implementing for information system, electric enterprise can be encouraged to reform system, reforge management flow and optimize design process. Ground work and its research results of this paper are illustrated as follow:(1) This paper proposes a plan for construction information system, including implement principles, overall system frame, contents of construction, concrete suggestions for informationization etc. Top design for information system has arranged three practical implementing stages including sharing information, business collaboration, virtual integration, and make clear for target, ground work, premise conditions, measures and expected achievement for each stage.(2)In this paper, the methods for data collection, data analysis and data sorting for engineering and products are given out. Template and example are showed, meanwhile, implementing way is set up about information system construction.(3)The project plan management is studied and practical solution is given out for classification management system. Project plan includes definition, execution, control, management for modification. Imformation management system builds database which can be referenced by performance evaluation.(4) This paper gives the top design for performance evaluation and check system construction of electric informational project. |
