To further accelerate the standardization of marketing and information technology to enhance intensive,lean and standardized management level,carry out a comprehensive intelligent user information collection system construction work for power users to achieve "full coverage,full collection,full fee control" requirements will satisfy the urgent needs of the professional user consumption information for electricity,the promotion of the national grid company achieved a historic leap in the marketing aspect of modern management it is of great importance.The main object of this study is the information collection system.In reference to the extensive literature on the combination of actual cases himself,electricity information collection system and to integrate theory with practice,management and implementation of proposed user information collection system.Firstly,the acquisition is primarily technical paper studies the user-side electricity information collection system,the system will be included in a variety of communication protocols,and communication classification,introduced the system needs to support and conduct analysis and comparison.Secondly,the system i s the basic analysis,pointed out the main problem,the feasibility of further construction of the collection system for analysis and demand analysis.Finally,based on extensive research on analysis of electricity demand information collection management systems,reliability and performance,describes the major design ideas from the aspect of system master overall framework,software level,module division and etc.,from hardware and software Description acquisition terminal specific design.Additionally,this article describes the application of information collection system.
