So in the field of supply and distribution automation and the importanceof the intelligence has the very vital significance.Electricity information acquisition technology at home and abroad based on theresearch of present situation and the characteristic of the intelligent electricitytechnology, on the basis of in view of the company in fujian province of the presentcondition of the power information system, system level, different professional forsystems using the application and management development of demand, put forward aset of suitable for fujian province electricity information acquisition managementsystem. The system based on J2EE and Web Service technology, with a230MHZwireless private network, GPRS/CDMA wireless public network to build the electricpower communication carrier information collection and management system, thus make the system to realize on-line monitoring and metering device user load, electricity,metrology status, important information such as real-time acquisition, and in view of theacquisition of data, timely, complete and accurate to multidimensional comprehensiveanalysis and auxiliary business decisions.System design based on STM32F103terminal as the main processor chip, usingmodular hardware design method and combining with daily operations, informationquery and statistics functions to carry out the design.Through the real-time application in power-expenditure information acquisitionmanagement system analysis of the actual operation effect test.
