Study On Water Right Transfer Price And Operation Mechanism Of Reservoir Agricultural Water

Reservoir water right transfer is one of the effective methods to solve the problem of water shortage and water allocation. The trend of our country water conservancy is from service only for agriculture to service for the whole society.
