With the rapidly development of economic, skyscapers are everywhere.The probability of fire disaters that happened in skyscapers are also become higher and higher.The frequently disasters enable the scientists setting an advanced goal beyond the area of fireproof to skyscapers.So the ability of city-fire controlling should be improved constantly.Aerial Platform Fire-fighting truck is an synthesizes fire-fighting equipment that integrated the function of high altitude watering(jet),high altitude fire control,high altitude engineering operation,high altitude emergency support.And it has become an important fire-fighting apparatus of firemen to extinguish the fire that take placed in high attitude buildings.Hence,its design and research become more and more urgent.My subject is based on the project which were raised by engineers of xugong during the cooperations. Under the design and research of typical DG series of Aerial Platform Fire-fighting trucks,the multi-body dynamics theory are applied to the simulation and optimization for Variable Angle Mechanism.With the help of ADAMS software,I simulated the operation status of Variable Angle Mechanism and finally the engineer condition of the maximum oil cylinder force is found. All above become the conduction during the design of hydraulic pressure systems.Furthermore,I optimize the position of variable angle mechanism with the goal of its force of oil cylinderand and the angle acceleration.The result of my research could conduct the design of Variable Angle Mechanism.The topic of my paper is mainly about how to optimize a product and how to resolve the problems that we could confront during the optimization.Through the further research and pratice,I find that the multi-body dynamics theory is an effective way.It could shorten the development cycle of a new product and also reduce its development cost. At the same time,the method and the result may become the theory foundation which could be adopt in design of analogy engineering mechanism.
