Aerial Platform Fire Truck is an important fire fighting equipment which canwork aloft, put out a fire, deal with an emergency and rescue people, the technologyof machine, electricity and liquid on it is highly concentrated, it is usually used in thefire suppression of high-rise buildings, tall oil and chemical equipment area, largewarehouse etc. In recent years, with the highly development of skyscraper inprovincial capital and coastal developed city, our country has putted forward higherand higher demand of the operational altitude of Aerial Platform Fire Truck. So it hasimportant social effects to research and develop the safe, reliable, excellentperformance and advanced technology Aerial Platform Fire Truck.This thesis is based on the project of the Aerial Platform Fire Truckcalculation and modeling soft development by the Mechanical Science andEngineering institute of Jilin university with Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Ltd. Throughthis project, we should complete the modeling soft development, the software couldmake the modeling parameterized, analysis and calculate the model. That will shortenthe development cycle of the product, make the design effort more normalized andlay a foundation for the seriation and modularization of the product in future.This paper is based on the study of DG100.Before the analysis, we havecommunicated with the technicists of Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Ltd, observed thereal engine, understood the structure and manner of working of it. Through thetechnical information, I was aware of the working principle of the Synchronousexpansion system and stress-passing character of the machine. And we alsocommunicated on the methods are used in our calculation.Firstly, the thesis made the use of Finite Element Method and ANSYS software,established the model of arm system with beam element and conducted the scheme calculation. In this process, the Dichotomy was used to interpolate the elongations ofeach arm orderly, calculated the loaded and assembled model until the stress meetsrequired level. Then the soft outputted the oil cylinder force, chain force and drawingboard force etc.Then based on the3D map of the product, established the detailed finite elementmodel of primary load-bearing structure with Pro/Engineer soft, calculated it underthe Pro/Mechanica module. Check the strength and stiffness by the result, analyse thelocal area where the stress exceed the limit. Conduct a study on the local stability offrame and Buckling Stability of DG100.Finally, according to the result of DG100calculation, draw up thecorresponding testing scheme,the electrical measuring method is applied to testof displacement and strain. After the deal with test data,the comparison of testand calculate result shows that the calculation model is reasonable,and theresult of the calculation is exact.
