Urban traffic is a national integrated transport hub and node network,one of the basic functions of the city. Social and economic activities are the lifeblood of the city, its urban development,economic growth and social progress plays a decisive role in the complex and large urban transportation system, the traffic supply and traffic demand are the two most important components of coordinated.The equilibrium is rapid and healthy development of urban transport premise.In the urban traffic system which is complex and giant,the traffic supply and demand are the two most important parts,and the coordination of them is thepremise for health and rapid development of urban traffic.The numerous and varied factors which affect the traffic supply and demand cause the relationship between traffic supply and demand is always in a disequilibrium state,which also enhance thetraffic congestion.Since the study on the relationship between urban traffic supplyand demand is significantly important.Based on the present situation of urban transport development and the thesis can be summarized the results of previous research and insufficient of the literature.The defects of the traditional traffic plan theory are pointed out,and the disequilibrium trafficplanning theory is proposed to improvement the defects in this thesis.This thesis focuses on the study of disequilibrium characteristics of supply and demand in urban transport system.Firstly,this thesis pointed out that the equilibrium is the special status of the disequilibrium by using the basic theory of the urban traffic supply and demand and the interaction of supply and demand with the economic equilibrium concept.Secondly,analyses the market regulation mechanism on basis of traveling market;thirdly,establishes traveling market model,describes the unity of urban traffic's equilibrium and disequilibrium using variable inequalities,and studies the characteristics of disequilibrium solutions;and then establishes the disequilibrium degree model to describe the extent of the disequilibrium,and gives the case analysis; finally, took liaoyuan city as an example, by a lot of data survey, verified the practicability of the model.the urban transport supply and demand of the degree of the diequilibrium model, indicating that the model is feasible.at the same time,Based on the experience from home and abroad,this thesis proposes several measures to coordinate the supply-demand relationship for urban traffic and some problem requiring further studies.This thesis can be the decision-making reference of department for transport planning and management.
