Minivan is used for delivering the passenger and goods, the road condition is combined with the rural road and urban road, the alternating load is large, Minivan'body structure is mainly semi-bearing structure, The body of this kind of structure withstand a greater loads. At the same time the use of mini-bus design characteristics demand a larger door size, door correspondingly is design to be larger. If the body structure is irrational, then the body particularly prone to fatigue and crack at the door, It directly affect the product's'normal use. Therefore, the body's fatigue strength index is an important indicator for the micro of automotive design.It can improve the success rate of products, shorten product development cycles. It has become an important means for a car company to develop new products, to enhance market competition. Shorten the product development cycle, improve product performance, quality and reliability, reduce product cost. It has played a decisive role.This topic is based on test and CAE analysis, it summarizes the general approach for fatigue analysis of the body, and considering the actual situation and needs for the company, identified the body frame of this paper fatigue durability analysis process: 1, determine the load source- obtained by the whole theory; 2, obtained through the virtual proving ground technology stress time history of the body frame; 3, select the corresponding fatigue cumulative damage rule, combined with the body frame fatigue properties of fatigue life. Meanwhile, after the building the modal structures to making sure it is correct by compare of model analysis and testing. Finally, based on the experience of a company designed for test, analysis the vehicle body frame for existence region of fatigue failures and fatigue life for the first time the to verify the feasibility of the method.The subject belongs to the engineering application, based on fatigue analysis and numerical simulation analysis process, an effective solution to the problem of fatigue life of existing models. However, there is still the lack of absolute accuracy, need to continue to practice in the future in-depth study and summarize its product ,it can provide greater assistance for development of the body.
