This paper is resolving the way of matching power system for Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,after a series of steps to determine the parameters of dynamic system to achieve the power performance and fuel economy of purpose what is required.This topic is not only the pre-research of electric vehicle and plug-in electric vehicle by Faw technology center and hybrid power laboratory of Jilin University CAE,but also an important part of the work of the project achievements.This paper firstly make the classification to the hybrid power vehicles and cotrast the advantages and the faults of different type of hybrid power vehicles,puts forward with plug-in hybrid electric vehicles is the ultimate choice for energy saving and emission reduction targets in the future,it is able to solve traditional hybrid cars which still have large consumption of resources,and solved the problem of pure electric vehicle in continous driving distance,it is widely considered the perfect scheme to excessive to the clean energy vehicle generationg.In this paper,the auther choose the type of every part of power system,after analyszing the vehicle dynamic system solutions.According to the basic parameters of the vehicle and vehicle performance indexes,the rated power of the motor can get a accurate calculation.Then established a simulation model on the simulation platform AVL Cruise based on Matlab/Simulink,In subsequent simulation proeess,an important task is focus on the various property parameter of inputing to motor,engine,power battery and the various simulation project settings,thus can improve the accuracy of simulation.In order to make this model can more near the actual driving condition and make sure if it can match each terms drivability standard,simulation conditions are divided into aceeleration,driving,deceleration,pure electric,climbing etc.different working conditions,and then put forward the reasonable control strategy of vehicle dynamic system.The results can be seen through the model simulation, the economy and dynamic performance indexes of the vehicle can meet all requirements. and batteries, motor and engine immerse in a good working condition, they not noly keep the steady of vehicle dynamic performance, but also almost keep each part of power system in the best work efficiency area. Each power system components work orderly, can reasonable allocation of power and control the motor starting and stopping,it can also keep the state of charge of battery stay in the scope can be controled. Battery capacity can be decided according to the maximum electric onward travel distance exactly. At last, a conclusion would be got and make a prediction to the future of the entire PHEV hybrid cars.The content of the research has a certain systemic, in the subsequent experiments of real car, this paper was fully verified the calculation and model simulation mode is effective for the future, it make positive significance to the research and development of PHEV dynamic system.
