This paper introduces the theory of demulsification based on high voltage pulse power (HVPP), and based on the literatures and experiments, this paper listes the requirements for the input pulse. Based on the requirements this paper designes a high voltage pulse power, and also designes the plan of control and protection. The TLT is a important part in this circuit, so its theory and connection have been shown in this paper.The paper includes the design of main circuit of high voltage pulse power and operating circuit, and introduces theory of circuit, at the same time, this paper calculates value of main parameters.In the control system, rectificater part is controlled by SVPWM theory, and in order to raise the charging speed and accurate the voltage on the pulse capacitor, the HVPP adoptes the series resonant circuit. And use DSP to realize the SVPWM and use UC3867 to realize the series resonant charging control. The frequency of high voltage pulse is decided by the pulse from DSP to Fault port of UC3867. Through literatures, the RLC trigger is used on spark-gap switch. Simultaneously, in order to raise the life of switch, a new novel spark-gap switch was introduced.In the design of hardware, it includes the control circuit based on DSP and UC3867, and designes the signal processing circuit. Moreover, this paper includes the designes of IGBT motivate circuit and others protection circuits.Except the hardware, the software is also designed. The software includes SVPWM control, AD, PID and FIR. In the chapter 5, this paper introduce the theory of PID and FIR.In the end of this paper, show the simulink modes about the main circuit,and simulates SVPWM. And emulate part of protection circuit with SIMtrix. At last, the waveforms firm simulink and experiments are listed.
