With the increase in volume of cargo,lots of countries have taken more and more attention to the safety of road transport, so the requirement of tie down is more and more stricter.But right-now the application of tie down is still depend on the labour by drawing it,and it hasn't relized to be Aut-cotrolled.In addition,on the way of road transport,because of the tension of tie down can not be monitored,when the tension becomes less crowded and moreover the tie down can't be adjustmented and disposed in time.And so the goods are easy to bale off and drop so that the safety on the way of transit can't be guaranteed.So this paper choose the tie down as an object to be researched and apply the MCU to control the tie down by designing circuit outside the MCU and programming.The control system can monitor the tension of the tie down and can adjust the tention automatically when the tension becomes less crowded.Also,it can loosen the tie down when the truck is unloading.This paper select the EQ1156W3 which can load 8 Ton,and define the quantity of tie down is eight,and its max tention is 1000kg.On the base of the function of the system,then the scheme is confirmed.The system must relise to monitor the tention of tie downs and adjust the tention when there is a breakdown.So there must have the data acquisition,it can show on the LED.At the same time the system also has to control the Motor.Therefore the system includes following modules:resetting circuit,clock circuit,keybord circuit,display circuit,Motor controller circuit,A/D circuit,alarming circuit,and the outside expanding circuit.Taking the truck which gived the actual parameter to attention,such as Power which restricted the choose of Motor and the circuit designing of Motor control.This paper establishes the project on the base of the drive line of Mechanical system.Thus at the beginning of Motor operation,its speed changed when the tention of tie down comes to 4/5 of the max,it is 2r/min.This is the heart of this paper.Then this paper filishes other circuits by type selection of chips.Moreover this paper gives the system drowing.On the designing of gramming,this paper still uses the same way as well as the designing of ciruits.it adopts the module to gramme.This paper has been made by filished the gramming.
