With the development of economic and industrial progress, engineer vehicles are playing an increasingly important role during the modernization project, including multi-axis flatbed which is widely used in the transport process of cargo and manufacturing equipments. Multi-axis flatbed technology is changing rapidly while the computer, hydraulic, electronic control technology changes, especially the development of mechanical and electronic integration drive the flatbed forward to the intelligent, energy-saving.In this paper, to design a multi-axis hydraulic drive flatbed truck as the main content of its power transmission system and selection of the matching calculation to achieve the design requirements. First, this preface introduces the development background of flatbed, status and characteristics of the hydraulic system and other advantages, the hydraulic system which as the key driver of the multi-axis flatbed technology is summarized. Then this paper analyzes the engine, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors between the power, torque, flow and pressure of the match, this match of a few key parameters directly determine the merits of the engine and hydraulic system performance and the efficiency of affect system stability and reliability.In the third section of this paper, it based on the main design idea of constant power control firstly, the use of the closed hydraulic circuit that composed of the variable pump and variable displacement motor. Two of the four drive motors of the two wheels are parallel connection. The hydraulic circuit of this flatbed truck can changes the speed of the truck According to the load and conditions, and keep the engine's speed and power stability. The hydraulic circuit can to reduce the quality of transmission medium and keep the consistency of the wheels operating.After study out the hydraulic system, this article select the model for power engine, variable pumps, variable displacement motors derived by theoretical calculation and based on the principle of matching. At the end part of this chapter, it suppose that the hydraulic flatbed truck need to driving 600 ton of goods, now I design a tractor to meet its driving condition, and do the the selection and calculation for the tractor's engine, automatic transmission, final drive.The chapter four of the articles do the dynamics simulation of the hydraulic drive system Contains engine, variable pumps and variable displacement motor by software of AMSim for modeling and simulation to test the various parameters be or not to meet design requirements.Finally, I summarized the hydraulic flatbed truck's design process, and make the outlook about this industry, I hope that it may be developing quickly and stable under the five-year plan of twelfth.
