In modern society, energy crisis and environmental pollution are two dilemmas faced by countries all over the world. How to mitigate and finally resolve the conflict between energy supply and demand? How to mend the deteriorating environment? Automobile engineers are trying to develop a new type of car that uses less or no fossil fuel. More and more people have realized that EV is the final solution for clean cars.This thesis analyzes the situation, market advantages and the trend of development of EV in our country, predicts the consumption and load demands for electricity by EV in future Beijing from the grid enterprise perspective, and on this basis studies the oreientation and market opportunities for grid enterprises in the development of EV and comes to the conclusion that, for grid enterprises, the development of EV industry can increase electricity sales and the ratio of electricity in terminal energy consumption, and that the abundant application of EV can help grid enterprises to carry out demand-end management of electricity and hence improve their asset efficiency. Concerning the development of EV industry in Beijing, this thesis explicitly proposes a strategic orientation of "mobile electricity supplier" for Beijing grid enterprises, with charging services as their core bussiness. Through studies on channel strategies of Beijing grid enterprises on EV charging market, the present writer proposes an expansive strategy centered on building EV charging stations and a defensive market strategy centered on operation of charging stations. Through sensitivity analysis and game analysis of the composition of charging prices, this thesis finds out the influence of different charging prices on EV users and charging station operators, which is provided as a reference for Beijing grid enterprises in charging service pricing. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought forth by EV industry development in Beijing, this thesis offers applicable measures in charging station construction, demand-end management and charging service pricing in accordance with the practical situation of Beijing grid enterprises.
