In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, a large number of high-rise buildings appear in the city, which brings the problem of environmental quality and people has a new requirement to the environmental design. Because of shadow, gathered wind effect, the loss of streets appeal, the heavy traffic, pedestrian traffic, the reduce of green space, memorial building by visual destroying, people pay more and more attention to exterior environmental issues, it must be considered in the design. Therefore, as for high-rise building bottom public space design planning is imminent.The author does a more comprehensive study mainly about high-rise building bottom public space design planning from the angle of design art of green space environment design, surveys the high-rise building public space system in various network. So it needs a lot of actual investigation and analysis to find out the actual existing problems among them, through the method of "a key to open a lock" puts forward a effective solution for each question. Through the process of seeking problems and solving problems about many cases, the author carries on further analysis and comb, and thus summarizes feasibility suggestions.
