The lifting transportation had been a very important role in the national economy.With the expansion of production scale and the improving of the degree of automation,to raise the crane productivity,ensure safety and reliability and reduce the costs of handling material is imperative.This paper use the APDL language of the finite element software ANSYS to create a parametric finite element model of the system structure of the rail mounted transtainer. In four different conditions, to carry out the implementation of static analysis for the system structure of the rail mounted transtainer,and obtain the deformation diagrams and strain diagrams under different conditions.From these diagrams it can be known that the strength and static of gantry crane stiffness meet the requirements of the crane design specifications,and the safety factor is larger,So it is essential to optimize the structure of the gantry crane,in order to reduce weight and save material.Through the modal analysis for the structure of the rail mounted transtainer, come to the top ten natural frequencies and mode shapes.To get the natural frequencies and mode shapes that are the greatest impact on the dynamic response and easy to cause the resonance to the rail mounted transtainer through the harmonic analysis.The value of Alpha and Beta can be identified by establishing the flexible dynamic model of the rail mounted transtainer for the transient analysis.And using the ANSYS to do three lifting moments analysis of the rail mounted transtainer,to know the rail mounted transtainer is not on-going uniform amplitude vibration after beginning the vibration.As to the presence of damping,the system will convert the transient response into steady-state response with the amplitude weaken continuously.According to the structure optimize design and the dynamic design theory and method of the physical construction,to carry out a optimization its objective function is weight for the structure system of the rail mounted transtainer.The structure quality is less and economic efficiency is improving with the cost saving after optimizing. |
