With the rapid development of power electronics much electrical equipment has special requirements which are to covert the direct current provided by batteries or generators to the three-phase sinusoidal alternating current. To meet this demand, the wave control of three-phase sine SPWM inverter power supply is designed in this paper.This paper introduces and compares the common control methods and the typical topology of three-phase sine wave inverter power supply. Therefore the overall design of the system is determined. According to the design plan and inverter indicators of the system we chose device and complete the three-phase inverter circuit design. The system uses Motorola's production MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as the main chip. The six-way SPWM wave is outputted through the timer output with the frequency of 10khz. The phase difference of 60 degrees and the six MOSFET switches Tube of the three-phase half-bridge inverter circuit is driven through optical isolation module. Then through the transformer and filter circuit the frequency of the output wave is 50Hz and three-phase sinusoidal voltage is 220V AC in order to achieve three-phase loads and loads of power. The software parts introduce the SPWM, sampling circuit, waveform control block diagram and some program codes. The results show that the output of the three-phase AC inverter waveform is stability, harmonic is little. We can control the sine wave form and amplitude through the primary transformer current feedback and the feedback voltage of the secondary transformer.
