The lack of water resource in western China, is the disadvantage of agriculture's development, and has been greatly affected to people's life. And the western region famous Yellow River irrigation of the drainage pumping station of the loop in the irrigation, drainage and prevent salt field irrigation with salty plays a significant role, As the infrastructure - agricultural production in irrigation and drainage pumping station plays an important role. Currently, the irrigation exist many problems such as equipment aging, excess energy consumption, pumping stations, lower efficiency, In order to save energy and increase efficiency, to do a further study on pumping station is necessary.Based on the theory of optimizing pumping stations, used dynamic programming optimization to establish scheduling model, and to get a further solution. Taking Inner Mongolia hetao irrigation the 7th drained pumping station for instant, in the analysis of the measured performance parameter of the same type of water pumps, Establishing an inner-plant optimizing model on the purpose of the lowest energy consumption. Adjusting the angle and speed corresponding to the number of operational pumps respectively to optimize. Speed adjustment used the golden section method and dynamic programming. Based on the characteristics of golden section, used VB language program with computer operation, got the obvious effect in energy saving. Two kinds of schemes for the optimization results showed that the validity and practicability of the two methods constructed in the paper, and the applicability of the dynamic programming to the field of optimal operation of pumping station.
