As the vibratory compaction theory has been perfected slowly,and the new compaction technology and the advanced control technology have been applied to the roller,the research of intelligent vibratory roller becomes the focus of the Compaction Machinery.This paper just aims at the intelligent vibratory roller, lays emphasis on the infinite amplitude and frequency regulation system, including several aspects as follows:1)Those basic theories of soil mechanics have been studied.The soil compaction mechanism is the basis of the study of compaction theory of vibratory road rollers.The paper analyzes the compaction characteristics of soil, establishes the mathematical model of two-freedom "Compacter-Soil" vibration system,introduces the selections of various vibratory parameters and the impacts of material on compaction.2)This paper represents the design and analysis of infinite amplitude mechanical structure.The paper explores the basic ideas of the infinite amplitude mechanical structure and designing,outlining a new type of infinitely variable amplitude mechanism through changing the angle and direction between two eccentric axes.3)Electro-hydraulic servo control technique is applied on the infinitely variable amplitude system in this paper.The hydraulic system of infinitely variable amplitude mechanism requires that the driving power for infinitely variable amplitude system should be small and that the linearization of low velocity should be fine.It's achieved to rotate the infinitely variable amplitude mechanism by means of using swing cylinder as executing unit.Then system opened loop transfer function and frame are obtained with Laplace Transform,so system closed loop transfer function and frame come by.Based on the Simulink software package of Matlab,bode plots and step response curve are obtained.4)Research on the infinitely variable frequence control system:variable pump is used as power source,it may change the fluid flow through adjusting the angle of the swash-plate by electro-hydraulic servo valve.Then system opened loop transfer function and frame are obtained with Laplace Transform,so system closed loop transfer function and frame come by.Based on the Simulink software package of Matlab,bode plot and step response curve are obtained.5)Analyses of intelligent vibratory roller control system:The paper analyses different control demands of control system and introduces execution plans.
