The utilization of arrival-departure track is the key link of the station work organization,which is related to the station operation efficiency and the smoothness of the railway network.In order to ensure the safety of the train at the station and the smooth operation of the train,it is necessary to optimize and adjust the utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed railway stations.In this paper,the adjustment of utilization of arrival-departure track is considered as a time-space allocation problem of limited resources.The adjustment model based on cumulative flow variable and the algorithm based on Lagrangian relaxation are proposed.The main work includes the following parts:(1)The problems related to the utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed railway stations is analyzed.Firstly,the technical operation process of trains in high-speed railway stations is described.Secondly,the related issues that need to be considered in the optimization of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed railway stations is analyzed.Thirdly,the problems related to the adjustment of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed railway station is analyzed.Finally,the construction method of time-space network of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed railway stations is introduced.(2)The adjustment model of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed station under train delay is constructed.The tracking train interval,the safe interval of arrival-departure track occupation and the throat area occupation time is desicribed by"resource" occupation.And the cumulative flow variable is introduced to represent the resource occupation state variable.The cumulative flow variable is used to characterize the process of train occupying throat area and arrival-departure tracks.The resource occupation uniqueness constraints are used to represent the traditional tracking train interval constraints,the safe interval constraints of arrival-departure track occupation,and the throat area occupation time constraints.Then the adjustment model of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed station under train delay is constructed,which is 0-1 integer programming model.(3)The algorithm based on the Lagrangian relaxation is designed to solve the adjustment model of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed station under train delay.Firstly,the four types of resource occupation uniqueness constraints are relaxed into the objective function,and the releaxed problem is decomposed into minimum cost path problem of single train.Secondly,the space-time network of each train is constructed.The shortest path algorithm is used to solve the minimum cost path problem of single train.The lower bound of the original problem is gotten.Thirdly,the upper bound of the original problem is obtained by the feasible method.Finally,the Lagrangian multiplier is iteratively updated by the sub-gradient algorithm.The above steps are repeated to update the upper and lower bounds of the original problem until the algorithm termination condition is satisfied.And the current optimal upper bound is taken as the optimal solution of the original problem.The algorithm is implemented by C#and used to solve a small case.The result got by the algorithm is the same as the result got by CPLEX,which verifies the correctness of the algorithm.(4)A case study of Jinanxi Railway Station is conducted.Firstly,the data and related parameters of the model are determined based on the train arrival-departure information of Jinanxi Railway Station on a certain day.Secondly,the algorithm designed in this paper is used to adjust the original utilization solution of arrival-departure track to meet all constraints.Thirdly,the late scene is set.Train arrival-departure time is adjusted according to the tracking train interval at the level of train diagram.Then the transition solution of utilization of arrival-departure track is gotten.Finally,the algorithm designed in this paper is used to solve the adjustment model of utilization of arrival-departure track in high-speed station under train delay.The results show that 30 trains have been adjusted,of which 24 trains have been adjusted arrival-departure time and 6 trains have been adjusted arrival-departure track.
