| As pipeline transportation becomes more and more popular in people's daily life, the underground pipe network has become an important support of national economy. In this paper, the design and implementation of an underground pipe management system, based on digital city, has been accomplished, and also an extensible component set of basic digital urban flatform as well as pluggable professional extension module of pipe network management system.significant support for national economic development. And accidents on the underground pipe network will extremely threaten the harmonious development of society. Thus, it is necessary to build an effective rating system of safety for the underground network, which can provide people who are in charge of daily maintenance with guidance and lower the risk brought by accidents. The risk evaluation of the underground network matters a lot to constructing the integrated management system of the city underground network because it can offer effective assistance to determination. Now, construction of digital city plays key role in processes of urban modernisation and informatization. And there is some consensus between city planners and administers that technologies of digital city should be involved in building the underground pipe network. This paper, based on traditional methods of risk evaluation, raises up a method of integrated evaluation by means of fuzzy mathematics method. The first step is to build an influence factors set of the whole underground pipe network. And then, analyze weights of each risk influence factors, combining with single factor fuzzy evaluation matrix of single factor membership grade, to abtain the risk value and grade. By doing this, a multi-grade fuzzy integrated evaluation model is going to be constructed. In this paper, the design and implementation of an underground pipe management system, based on digital city, has been accomplished, and also an extensible component set of basic digital urban platform as well as pluggable professional extension module of pipe network management system. And a risk evaluation of the underground pipe network has been tested in this system with test data on the issue of invalidation of research region. Besides, the multi-grade fuzzy integrated evaluation model of the underground pipe network has been applied to calculate the relative risk values of this region, which will be finally visualized in digital urban scene. |
