Urban underground pipeline is known as the "lifeline" of the city, is an important foundation for the survival and development of the city. The establishment of urban underground pipeline risk assessment system is of great importance to the whole city. A reasonable and orderly management of underground pipelines, can bring great economic and social benefits to the city. With the rapid development of urban construction, how to reduce the underground pipeline engineering accidents, ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the city, is of great important.Types of underground pipelines in the city is various, the geological environment are usually more complex, itself has a strong concealment, and underground pipeline environment often are in a dynamic change, which brings some difficulty to the risk assessment. Therefore, in the risk evaluation of city, must pay attention to the evaluation of the system and the accuracy of the. In order to improve the level of city underground pipeline risk assessment, based on the risk management theory and practice experience and in-depth study and research at home and abroad on the underground pipeline, considering the interaction between the water supply and drainage, gas, heating, electricity and other kinds of underground pipeline, the risk problems in the management of underground pipelines are the system analysis. Based on the characteristics of the underground pipeline system, from the perspective of the system construction of the underground pipeline risk index system, and using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to study the weight. How to reasonable and effective risk assessment of underground pipelines, the paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, constructs the city underground pipeline risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Combined with the underground pipeline in Laiwu empirical research, through the collation and analysis of information, the risk assessment model to the risk assessment, obtained the objective evaluation of results, and points out the problems in the management, put forward the corresponding improvement measures, in order to verify the practicability of the risk assessment system construction.
