This paper introduces the development and principle, and present study situation of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, puts up the experiment platform of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve-motor system base on the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure-flow controlled experiment platform that now has in the laboratory of Chang'an University. And every component and its work principle of electrical system and hydraulic pressure system are analyzed in detail, establishing the mathematics model of the valve -motor system base on making dynamic analysis to the system. The text introduces identification experiment of electro-hydraulic proportional valve-motor system , in the experiment, the author input the sine signal of invariable amplitude and variable frequency to electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve from 1250 Frequency Response Analyzer, by the means of curve approximation based on least-square, tests characteristic of frequency response and identify the system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve-motor system, then estimates the parameters of the mathematics model of the valve-motor system. Then analysis function index of the valve-motor system. At last, a PID controller that based on LQR theory is adopted to Rectify the Electro-hydraulic proportional valve- motor system, and the simulation result of MATLAB proves that the PID control has good result.
