Hydraulic crane plays a decisive position in engineering machinery, however,the two major defaults that have seriorsly influences on its hoisting system andeven decrease the service life of equipments are secondary slide and energy loss.When secondary lifting, the shortage of inner pressure causes load countermove,which is called secondary slide. This phenomenon can be found in all kinds ofcranes, and it is the main factor that leads to the cranes’ safety fault. At present,the internal design of hoisting system is only based on the designers’ previousexperience and theoretical calculation. The quality of the system’s dynamicperformance cannot be examined until the product is molded into shape. Thismethod is not only resulted in the manpower waste but also has the weakness ofwork sfficiency decline. By using the hydraulic simulation technology to study onhoisting system’ performance, designers can test the sysytem’s working state inthe process of designing, and improve the structure of the system or correct theparameters in time to cut loss and shorten the design period.In this thesis, a certain company’s1700t·m hydraulic crane’s hoisting systemis studied. Based on hydraulic system simulation thought, the AMESimsimulation software is used to analysis the whole hoisting system. To solve thesecondary slide and energy loss probles, an effective improvement plan isproposed and validated by simulation, and put up a theoretical foundation for thedesign of the system of real prototype. Below are the main contents of this paper:First, the hoisting system’s working principle, hydraulic principle andseveral typical forms are introduced, and the important parameters of mainhydraulic components are determined by matching calculation. The thesis alsointroduced the secondary slide phenomenon, and analyzed the main causes andthe influencing factors. To indicate the shortcomings and to lay the foundation ofthe follow-up simulation work, several types of typical secondary slide prevention methods were given.Secondly, the hydraulic system simulation model and balance calve wereestablished by AMESim software, the parameters of model were set according tothe result of calculation. The influence of the secondary slide was analyzedthrough the simulation from the weight of load, the hydraulic oil’s elasticmodulus, the hydraulic motor volume rate and the conduit volume respectively. Itturned out that the major factor is the weight of load, The paper’s improvementscheme was provided, and the feasibility was balidated by simulation.Finally, the analysis and calculation of hoisting system’s heatproduction andheat dissipation were done. Energy consumption analysis of decreased conditionwas the key issue. An improvement scheme that adjusts the balance valve’s maincontrol valve port’s diameter was given to reduce power and save energy.
