| Winter snowfall makes road pavement appeared snow icy phenomenon seriously, which not only affects the traffic safety, but also affects the traffic capacity of the road transport efficiency, brought serious influence and road safety and economic development of our country. At present, the commonly used method of breaking the ice on the road is to spread deicing salt, deicing salt is not only corrosive but also can cause environmental pollution. Other methods, the manual removal method has low efficiency and high cost; high cost of heating method for melting ice and snow, and technology is not mature. Therefore, from the point of this mixture itself, to find a scientific and effective, energy-saving environmentally friendly method of de-icing into a large research direction. Rubber asphalt mixture particle as a new road pavement mixed materials have this performance; just And can also solve the junked tire issues, ease China environmental pressure, conservation of resources. In this paper, the gradation composition design method of asphalt rubber particles was studied, the design method proposed by volume of the mixture gradation design and validate its feasibility; suitability of the rubber particles were studied, determine the optimum size of rubber particles was 30 mesh when the additive amount is 3%; to direct at the problem of the rubber particles easily threshing, the study of anti-strip performance joining several additives was conducted, the results showed that the lime has the best effect, the optimal amount of additive is 1.2%; the results show that asphalt rubber particles can not only meet the basic performance of water stability and mechanical properties, but also has better high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance; the performance of de-icing was tested, the results of tins experiment showed that the presence of rubber particles makes the asphalt pavement gets the ability of de-icing, and it is effected by rubber particle size, additive amount, ambient temperature, the thickness of ice. |
