With the rapid development of automobile industry, the world produces one billion of waste tires per year, of which the U.S. produces about 300 million scrap tires every year, produced annually by the EU 260 million scrap tires approximately. China's annual production of waste rubber is about 640 thousand tons, of which 50% were discarded tires. Waste rubber has good resistance to chemical, biological and physical properties, so the processing of waste rubber has been proven to be very difficult. Effective use of waste rubber has become a major international issue of great concern. Rubber is a low modulus, high viscoelastic polymer material. The current effective use way of waste rubber is for road works and various construction materials, and have shown good results on the heat insulation, noise reduction, non-slip, in addition to ice and snow, etc. It has become a very common application form that scrap rubber is used for the road.In this paper,granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture was produced by dry process. Firstly the composition of materials have been studied ,such as coarse coarse, fine aggregate, filler and binder.Focused on the method of measuring the density of rubber particles, the study conclude that the vacuum flask method with the Combination of rubber particle density is a better test method.According to gradation design theory and design requirements, selecting multi-level embedded Granding-based grading. With step by step Filled theory, using the two-class method to study composition of coarse and fine aggregate. The use of such volume method, to design grading, based on mixing different proportions of the rubber particles, using the second method of forming, shaping Marshall specimen, the volume index of Marshall were analyzed.Doped with different levels of rubber particles with the adaptability of asphalt mixture. the results show that with a reasonable level and rubber content, the incorporation of rubber particles can improve the mixture of road performance. Content of rubber particles are less than 5%.Based on different gradation,granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture road performance are studied, the results show that with a reasonable level and rubber content, the incorporation of rubber particles can improve the mixture of road performance. Content of rubber particles to less than 5%.Mixture of rubber particles in the interior molding and rubber particles pretreatment on the durability of mixtures were studied. Studies suggest that granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture indoor forming should use vibration molding molding with Marshall compaction methods,compaction by quadratic shape.For granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture,the rubber particles of ash should not be too large, too Assembly Mixture performance have a greater impact.
