At present, dynamic stability is the main evaluation index to assess the high temperature anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture. High-temperature bending test is The most commonly used test. However, rutting text and dynamic stability have limitations, it can't accurately reflect the situation of temperature changes.It also can not describe a state of asphalt mixture after long time rolling.To solve such a problem,long time(4h) rutting test in four temperature were progressed. After long time rolling, the asphalt mixture was in the period of creep stability. We can get the rut rate,it means the relationship of deformation and loading times. According to the rut rate in four temperature,we can calculate the relationship of temperature and rut rate. At last, the rut rate in each temperature were worked out.According to the climate characteristics of Beijing and Guangzhou, In this paper, we have taken the 2006 as example, the ground temperature in full year have been statistics. On the basis of the ground temperature in every single day and the rut rate,we have estimate rut depth of the asphalt mixture.Because test conditions of rutting test is different from the ctual situation what the asphalt mixture have faced. According to the differences between the rutting test and actual situation, we have correct the result of rut estimate In the paper.The correction was done in the aspects of Wheel track distribution, temperature, thickness of layer and loading speed.The correction of can describe the real Rut depth and Safety use fixed number of year.In addition, destroy flexural strain is the main evaluation index to assess low temperature anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture. Low-temperature bending test is The most commonly used test. But using single evaluation index to assess low temperature anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture may lead to contradictory result. In view of this situation, in this paper the unit volume damage can and bending coefficient were used to assess low temperature anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture.
