Exploratory Plan Of The Industrial Parks In Towns In The Mountain Areas Of Southern Regions Of Shanxi Province

The adjustment of industrial structure in China brings great opportunities for the development of southern regions of Shanxi Province. However, the rapid urbanization and industrialization also bring about a series of problems. This thesis studies the industrial parks in towns (the county core towns in the southern regions of Shanxi with the mountainous characteristics of Qinling and Bashan Mountains) in the mountain areas of southern regions of Shanxi Province. Based on the research on the geological resources in southern regions of Shanxi and the current situations of the towns, industrial development and industrial land, the thesis concludes that the conflicts between industrialization and ecological protection, land use and land supply, industrial development and urban development as well as the conflicts in the development of industrial parks are the main factors which restrict the industrial development in southern regions of Shanxi Province. Via the relevant theory studies and case analysis at home and abroad, the thesis raises the industrial development approach, which is mainly to develop circular economy in county ecological industrial parks by the management of mountain areas, in order to solve the four conflicts above.After confirming the developing mode of ecological industrial park, it carries on a research from three levels,which are the relationship between ecological industrial parks and regional economic development, the relationship between ecological industrial parks and town spatial layout,and internal construction of ecological industrial parks. Twelve aspects are included in the research,such as selection of industry types and chains,scale control,site selections,external transport,land consolidation,spatial distribution,functional layout,green space landscape design,land's division and combination,site coverage control,transport design in parks and parks' management. Though those researches, a practical thinking and method in eco-industrial parks design was summarized, not only can be applied to the small cities and towns of the mountain areas in the south of Shanxi, also will be used in the construction of the eco-industrial parks at Xunyang.The thinking of design can be summarized as following:first stratification research into the content of eco-industrial parks' planning to determine where the level of the content is at, then classification studies the content in each level based on it's procedures.Similarly, the method of design can be summed up as:according to the goal of urban development and the current status of resources, locate industry and construction scale of the park, rational plan the park site and outbound traffic based on the trend of the industry and urban development, finally though the ways of ecologization and sustainable development planning, construct within the eco-industrial park with the Qinling and Bashan mountainous characteristics.
