In current days, the resources are decreasing rapidly, how to save resources is becoming a common topic for all human beings.In our China, the housing building develops, land resources supply less because of the urbanization process. Thus, high-story house building becomes the main kinds of house building.Building resource consumption accounts for 30 percent of the total social resource consumption. In Beijing, energy saving of a great deal of high-story house building arouses people's concentration.The thesis analyse the high-story house building development of home and abroad, the whole survey and the development of high-story house building in Beijing. It investigates and surveys the current status of energy saving and bulding designing in high-story house community, discusses the energy saving and bulding designing from the low and high technique level. Through the low technique strategy designing, the whole enviornment, the virescence enviornment and the building layout ways of the housing community, it uses the energy saving effect of the low technique designing ways.It also discusses the fence structure energy saving and technique strategy. As for the high-story house construction, it discusses the selection of wall warming way and the warming material, the house warming way and energy saving designing way, the outdoor material selection and energy saving way.It talks over the existing problem and ways of using advanced technique like solar energy in high-story housing in Beijing as well.Following that, it introduces the actual case of Jindu Hangcheng from the whole plan to the energy saving aspect, and also summarizes existing problem of heating way in order to make a distinctive change.I hope this could help in developing energy saving in high-story housing building..
