In the context of global sustainable development, the paper studies the relation between environment and building, and proposed the control theory of building energy conservation from basic concepts and principles of systematology and cybernetics. And the theory is applied to the energy conservation research on Shanghai high-rise residential, proposing Shanghai high-rise residential energy conservation technology strategy that studies the energy-saving design method on Shanghai high-rise residential from the macro point.In the face of complex ecological environment and volatile natural environment, it is the starting point for the research how to construct an ecological building suited to local environment. The paper found there is a close link among environment, building and human, and they constitute a complex control system though the analysis the relationship between environment and building. Therefore the "environment-oriented" and "people-oriented" as a fundamental point of the paper, and it combined the theories of architecture, ecology and cybernetics, and proposed the ecological architecture systematical control theory that uses the basic concepts and theories of cybernetics to study the relations among environment, building and human in ecological architecture.It is the point of the paper to comprehensively construct the control theory of building energy conservation. First, base on the relevant principles in cybernetics the paper put forward four basic principles of the control theory of building energy conservation: the principles of integrity, the principles of dynamic relevance, the principles of hierarchy, the principles of analysis and the principles of organization. Second, integrating the optimum control method and building design the paper presented the mathematical model of more energy-saving technology integration trying to transform the research of building energy conservation from quantitative to qualitative. Finally, the black box method is a kind method evaluating energy-saving building in the control theory of building energy conservation. Finally, the paper takes the Shanghai high-rise apartment buildings' energy-saving design as the object of study and uses the control theory of building energy conservation to carries on the technical analysis to Shanghai high-rise apartment buildings in allusion to Shanghai specific social humanities environment and ecological environment and presents the energy conservation technology strategy adapt to Shanghai high-rise apartment buildings.According to the mathematical model of more energy-saving technology integration, the paper studies Shanghai high-rise residential energy conservation technology strategy from the spatial level of high-rise building. It puts forward the control technology strategy of outer environment, the control technology strategy of building interface and the control technology strategy of internal space, which combine the energy-saving building design and the control theory of building energy conservation from outside to inside.
