In the national energy consumption, energy conservation occupies a large proportion. With the rapid development of urbanization, urban population is increasing rapidly. In order to ease the tension of urban construction land, the number of high-rise residential constructions will have a rapid growth, however, the high-rise residential buildings need a large amount of energy because of its huge volume and complicated equipment systems. Then, it's of great significance for the country's economic sustainable development to solve the high-rise residential buildings energy conservation. Compared with multilayer and low-rise buildings, the high-rise residential buildings have their own unique characteristics in heat transfer. Then in the high-rise residential buildings energy conservation design, we should conservate the energy in the light of the characteristics of their festures with the integrated approaches. This thesis establishes a heat transfer model of the envelope construction in the high-rise residential buildings in order to solve the practical problems in the light of the unique characteristics and the thermal environment of the high-rise residential buildings with the response coefficient method. Using the DeST energy consumption simulate software and the high-rise residential envelope construction heat transfer model, we calculate respectively the model's energy consumpt simulate results on the day of July 21. Comparing the two simulate results, we have verified the accuracy of the model the thesis built. Then in the aspect of the experiment, we simulate the heat transfer changes of the wall in different wind speeds, changing the wind speed artificially to create the wind circumstance of high-rise residential buildings, using the hot box - heat flow meter mehod. Comparing with the experiment results and the model results, we prove the practicality of the model, and get the technology gist of high-rise residential buildings envelope construction energy conservation design. The capability of the heat preservation and heat insulation materials of the envelope construction in the high-rise residential buildings should be increasing with increase in height. It is different from the ordinary residential envelope construction in the same materials. And the incremental amount can get according with the model we established. In a word, in the aspect of the experiments or simulation software, this paper's research methods and model can guide engineering practice and help the development of energy conservation design in the high-rise residential constructions in the future.
