Study On Allocation Method Of Passenger Transpot Moals Between Cities In Shandong Province

With the sustainable and rapid economic growth, the speeding up urbanization, the urban agglomeration sprouts up. The development of urban agglomeration, the acceleration of urbanization, the demand of passenger transportation made a great impetus to make the communication between cities much closer. Meanwhile, with the material and cultural living standards improving, the quantity and quality of people's traveling appear new improvements and changes.Based on the objectives and contents of this case, by surveying and referring to successful experiences home and abroad, this paper advocates the qualitative analysis, the quantitative calculations, and the general survey methods, combined with the case analysis. The process of the case study is divided into the following parts: Firstly, the thesis discusses the characteristics and the trend analysis of urban and the transport development. Then the essay defines the relevant concepts, and describes the characteristics of the mode of the main inter-city passenger transport.Secondly, this thesis demonstrates the status of the inter-city passenger transport and the analysis of the travel demand characteristics of the residents in Shandong Province. Seeing that the passenger transport status and existing problems in Shandong Province, by concerning about the Shandong Peninsula, Jinan metropolitan area, the economic zone of south Shandong, the eco-efficiency and economic zone of the Yellow River Delta and other aspects, and the essay clarifies the characteristics and the development trends of demanding passenger transport in Shandong Province.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the fairness of various passenger traffic patterns. This thesis presents the connotation and the corresponding evaluations on the traffic fairness, and analyzes of the significance of the fairness on the development of passenger transport in Shandong. Regarding from the service accessibility, the accessibility of road resources, the costs of pollution and some other aspects, the thesis makes a comparative assessment on the passenger traffic on fairness of various passenger transport.Fourthly, this paper analyzes the costs and efficiencies of the transport patterns. In addition, the paper analyzes the cost of travel and the composition of transportation systems on the costs and efficiencies. Combined with different technical and economic characteristics of different passenger transport modes, this essay calculates the cost of travel and the composition of transportation systems on the costs and efficiencies.Fifthly, this essay provides the mode configuration of the inter-city passenger transport. Considering the influences of the three factors, namely, the efficiency, equity and adaptability, the paper presents the mode configuration model of the passenger transport based on the best inter-city services. By using analytic hierarchy method and the passenger mode configuration based on the LOGIT, this essay makes a thorough research study on the inter-city passenger transport of city group in Shandong Peninsula.The conclusion of this paper can bring scientific basis to the government and company's decision and management. It has important effect in improving the distribution of resource, building safety and convenient transportation system between cities. It can also use to promote cities'sustainable development, to improve the correctness of decision and to satisfy the public travel demand as much as possible.
