In the process of rapid social and economic development,due to the high concentration of production factors in the metropolitan central city,the attraction of the central urban area is becoming more and more strong,resulting in a large influx of foreign population into the metropolitan central city,resulting in a huge population,traffic,resources,environment and other pressures to the central city.In this case,the peripheral group has become the first choice to relieve the pressure of the metropolitan central city in the development process of most cities at home and abroad,but from the practical effect,Due to the insufficient understanding of the development of the passenger transport system between the metropolitan central city and the peripheral group,the inter-city passenger transport system can not effectively relieve the pressure of the metropolitan central city.Therefore,in this context,it is necessary to study the coordinated development of passenger transport system between the metropolitan central city area and the peripheral groups.This paper focuses on the coordinated development of passenger transport system between the metropolitan central city area and the peripheral groups,which includes the following parts:(1)This paper introduces the evolvement stage of the spatial form of the metropolitan center-periphery group and the evolution process of the intercity passenger transport system,and puts forward the connotation of the coordinated development of the inter-city passenger transport system from the point of view of the system theory and the Synergetics.In this paper,three passenger transport subsystems,individual traffic,public transport and rail transit,are established,and the factors affecting the harmonious development of the three subsystems are analyzed.(2)On this basis,the system dynamics model is constructed to analyze the causal relationship between the elements of the inter city passenger transport subsystem and draw the causality diagram.The system flow chart is constructed according to the causality diagram and the mathematical equations between the system elements,and the three subsystems of the individual traffic,the road bus and the rail transit are applied to the Vensim PLE software.The development trend of passenger traffic volume is simulated to provide data and reference indicators for the next DEA model evaluation.(3)On the basis of constructing the system dynamics model to simulate the real passenger transportation system,the scientific and effective evaluation index system is selected,and the DEA model is constructed to use the DEA Solver Pro5.0 software to analyze the individual traffic and public transportation in the city.The comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the three passenger transportation subsystems of rail transit are calculated.(4)The method theory and model proposed in this paper are studied as an example,taking Dujiangyan as an example.First of all,it simulates the change of passenger transport structure of each passenger transport subsystem in the corridor from 2014 to 2022,and then applies the DEA evaluation model to the three passenger transport subsystems in the corridor,namely,individual traffic,road public transport and rail transit.The comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development between two and the three is calculated.The results show that: The comprehensive efficiency of the three passenger transportation systems is relatively high,the average value is above 0.79;The comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development of individual traffic and road public transport is above 0.84,the average of comprehensive efficiency is 0.95.The comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development of individual traffic and rail transit is above 0.73.The average comprehensive efficiency is 0.88,and the overall comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development of road public transport and rail transit is on the rise,its average is 0.9;The comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development of passenger transportation system in the irrigation corridor is above 0.83,and the overall trend is upward.This shows that the transportation efficiency of the passenger transport system between the central city of Chengdu and Dujiangyan has been continuously improved,the overall transportation capacity has been further utilized,and the various passenger transport subsystems tend to be integrated.Cooperate with each other to complete the intercity passenger transport task.
