Large railway passenger stations in modern cities are large-scale integrated transport terminal, which integrate inter-city railway and urban transport modes. They are public places for massive passenger distribution. Because of the numerous and compact equipment, high-mobility and intensive people and lots of hidden danger points in the stations, once accidents occur in the station, it will extremely easily lead to heavy casualties and property losses, bringing society tremendous negative impact. Most of the domestic and abroad large-scale passenger stations are equipped with safety monitoring center for emergencies. In addition, in order to improve the stations' ability to handle emergencies, they established corresponding emergency management countermeasures and plans according to different types of incidents. As an important part of emergency management plans, passenger flow evacuation information distribution plans mainly include:emergency oriented identification information release plan of emergency evacuation, emergency equipment linkage monitoring information release plan, emergency radio monitoring information release plan and emergency telephone monitoring information release plan etc.With the unceasing enhancement of emergency monitoring equipment automation technology, the modern large-scale passenger stations'automation systems of passenger emergency evacuation information release have developed rapidly. However, due to the uncertainty of random events (including randomness of events locations, time, event types, events levels), the numerous and widely distributed emergency equipment (including emergency oriented identification, emergency evacuation equipment and emergency radio equipment), complex relationship between emergency evacuation streamline and emergency equipment, as well as restrictions of emergency equipment updating and state changes, it is very difficult to only rely on artificially pre-decide and optimized selection of emergency equipment for emergency passenger evacuation information release plan. Therefore, it is one of the important research directions in this field to apply the technology and the method of artificial intelligent expert system to establish large passenger intelligent passenger evacuation emergency information release system.Based on the Ministry of Railways'key science and technology research and development program project, deepening research of large passenger stations operations management and intelligent services technology, taking new Beijing south station as the background, this paper did subject research on the realization method of intelligent emergency information publishing system for large passenger stations.Based on the analysis of domestic and abroad research, firstly it systematically analyzed the emergency passenger evacuation problems in large passenger stations, including the large passenger stations characteristics and emergencies type analysis, emergency passenger behavior and evacuation equipment composition analysis, emergency wizard identification information distribution and generating and evaluation analysis of equipment linkage plans, etc. Then, it researched the model and method of intelligent emergency information distribution system for large passenger staions. Based on the analysis of characteristics, classification, structure and function of expert system, it put forward the overall structure, module design and realization methods of research and development of large passenger stations emergency decision-making expert, Including the module design and realization method of the knowledge acquisition of emergency information distribution expert system, information (data) acquisition of different areas and different levels of emergency, correct analysis and reasoning of identification and equipment under emergency, knowledge base, comprehensive database, correct information release of emergency preplan, correct display of identification information and equipment information in GIS, and man-machine interactive. It deeply researched the method and realization of information distribution knowledge expression based on the concept of rules and decision trees. It put forward the emergency passenger evacuation opitmization streamline, which based on the emergency source area-type-level, and the decision tree search algorithm of affiliates equipment and information. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Beijing South Station, it developed the application software of intelligent emergency information distribution system. Based on the internal layout of large passenger station and the characteristics of equipments linkage and identification information release with passenger evacuation under emergencies, it programmed the software with C++. System interface function mainly includes emergency plan generation and release, database browsing and maintenance, knowledge base maintenance, expression information maintenance and map information display and maintenance, incident statistical analysis, etc.With the background of Beijing South Station, the developed intelligent emergency information distribution system for large passenger stations has already passed the trial application in Beijing South Station, which provided the analysis basis and theoretical method to the development and construction of real online system.
