Passenger organization and management is one of the most important contents of the large station operations management, which is a significant work to achieve a large number of incoming, outbound, transfer, and business and other of safe and effective management of passenger flow.How to send large passenger flow changes in volume and volatility (train plan adjustment, seasonal changes, holidays change, changes in peak hours, etc.),and how reasonable use of a variety of customer service station equipment to achieve the effective organization and management of passenger, When a function to adjust the passenger location within the terminal, streamline changes, customer service, change or update equipment, temporary traffic control situation, how to correctly predict the flow line station passenger flow dynamic changes in the distribution network to ease passenger flow organization to take reasonable measures, When location function adjustment, streamline changes, customer service, change or update equipment, temporary traffic control situation happened within passenger station, how to correctly predict the flow line station passenger flow dynamic changes in the distribution network to ease passenger flow organization to take reasonable measures? The modern large passenger station is set as a variety of modes of transport in one of the major integrated transport hub. And passengers in and out of stations, ticket check, security checks, transfer of passenger flow and business activities rely mainly on a variety of automated customer service organizations'equipment completed. So the modern passenger station not only has large passenger distribution, but also has many customer equipment, space structure and transfer line network complexity and so on. Overseas experience shows that the organization and management systems in passenger increasingly complex today, mere human experience and existing means, already cannot adapt to the modern large passenger flow of large passenger station passenger demand. To rely on modem computer decision-making techniques and simulation technology to assist managers in organization and management of passenger flow. Therefore, the combination of the actual large-scale bus terminal, passenger traffic organization and management of research and development of computer-aided decision-making system has important practical significance. This paper combines the focus of the ministry of railways plans to participate in research projects, "Large passenger operations management, and intelligent services technology deepening research" of the actual research work, the Beijing South Railway Station as the background, organization and management of large passenger flow aided decision support system implementation methods research topics.This thesis in domestic and abroad research status on the basis of analysis, first of all, organization and management of large passenger flow system analysis issues, focus on the passenger flow lines and characteristics of the composition, traffic organization and implementation of measures for optimization method, combined with the actual conduct of the Beijing South Railway Station Case Analysis. Then, in view of the large passenger flow management aided decision system research and development of the computer and decision support system (DSS) and passenger flow dynamic simulation software system related technologies and methods are summarized, and evaluate the application options analysis, On this basis, focusing on case-based reasoning models and methods discussed in depth, including:case representation, case retrieval, similarity calculation, based on similarity of the proposed case-based reasoning algorithm for optimization of passenger organization. Finally, the background of Beijing south station, adopts the advanced Anylogic dynamic simulation technology, case reasoning and decision support system technology and method of large passenger flow management auxiliary system software development and implementation are studied.This thesis research theory with practice, use of advanced computer simulation optimization technology and decision support technology and method, is proposed based on the similarity of the passenger flow organization optimization algorithm; case reasoning for background on the development of Beijing south station passenger organization management of large passenger auxiliary application software system, has already practiced application by Beijing south station, the research results and the corresponding decision support recommendations for large passenger traffic organization management provide scientific basis for decision-making.This paper includes 26 maps,5 tables and 49 references.
