With city modernization constantly advancing, urban Comprehensive cargo transport hub has been bottlenecks of modernization development for integrated traffic system, which directly affect the efficiency of national comprehensive transportation and the costs of modern logistics. How to build a comprehensive transportation system has become the problem to be solved, which Owns a complete set of connective facilities, advanced and applicable technical equipments, safety and efficient transport services. Researching the freight capacity matching optimization and hardware facilities Seamless connects of Comprehensive urban cargo-transport hub can not only effectively integrate existing resources and promote the construction of national comprehensive transportation hub, but also reduce shipping costs and improve transport efficiency, and then relieve urban transportation development for demand contradictionsThis paper takes the side of national network level, starting with Comprehensive urban transport hub, and its ability to optimize for target.Firstly, this paper systematically describes the comprehensive transportation hub connotation, basic attribute, composition and function, and carries on the network description, in-depth analysis the ability system composition of integrated cargo transport hub, main influence factors, and put forward "dot" ability, "line" capacity calculation method from network level. The writer build urban comprehensive hub transportation network capacity calculation model on the base of "dot" ability and "line" capacity calculation method in the way of systematic modeling ideas, considering the transportation network capacity, and gives general scale network solving algorithm;Secondly, this paper uses bi-level programming system method to establish transportation cost minimum-transport capacity maximum bi-level programming mathematical model according to the Wardrop optimum system principle, and the maximum difference of the built model from the previous is that the lower the objective function of the built model is minimum costs function rather than usual shortest time function. In addition, it give both the short path algorithm based on reasonable K for the lower the objective function and a reasonable transportation route genetic algorithm based on K optimization for the upper objective function, and the algorithm is analyzed rationality and feasibility.Finally, this paper takes wuhan national key transportation hub city as an example to illustrate the operability of the model and its algorithm. Which predict the volume of freight of wuhan comprehensive transportation hub in 2020 according to recent years volumes of wuhan mainly taking the side of national network level, and analyze qualitatively and quantitatively a major shipping channel in the direction of east-west selected from wuhan national comprehensive transport hub network, and then it uses the model built in the fourth chapter to obtain optimization scheme combining with its main goods OD distribution in 2020.The relevant research results of this paper can not only enrich and perfect the theory of sustainable transportation development, and can provide theoretical support for constructing convenient, safe, efficient, green, harmonious comprehensive transportation system, and above all, it can provide the country with the basis and intelligence support for comprehensive urban transportation hub construction.
