Research On Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning Based On The Concept Of Green Traffic

In recent years,with the rapid growth of urban motor vehicles and having witnessed more and more private cars entering the family,cities have suffered an unprecedented impact.Numbers of management departments have been committed themselves to governing the traffic congestion but with little success.So how to effectively alleviate such issues as the urban traffic congestion and the environmental pollution,building a more efficient and convenient green transport system has become the top priority for a better city development.From the perspective of green transportation,firstly,the thesis elaborates the present situation of green traffic at home and abroad,summarizing the problems in the development of comprehensive transportation in China.Then,the thesis puts forward the construction principle of the city comprehensive traffic evaluation index system following the system introduction of the green transportation concept.The thesis uses the PESTEL model to analyze the urban integrated traffic development environment of Zhoushan island.It is pointed out that the comprehensive traffic development coincides with the national development strategic opportunity in Zhoushan island.This thesis evaluates the index weight of the green transportation system of Zhoushan island by using the analytic hierarchy process,and provides guidance for the follow-up traffic planning of Zhoushan.The evaluation of the green transportation development base of Zhoushan island is made by the technique of order preference to ideal solution method.The analysis shows that the green traffic has good development foundation,and transport planning has great room to improve in the near future in Zhoushan island.Based on the above evaluation results,the thesis is combined with the characteristics of four-step method of traffic planning making prediction of the future traffic flow in Zhoushan island.Then the thesis has carried out the corresponding planning research on the comprehensive traffic of Zhoushan island from three aspects as traffic,inter-island traffic and city traffic in terms of green transportation idea.The thesis points out that Zhoushan island should hold positive attitude towards national development strategy,and integrate Shanghai and Ningbo metropolitan area and promote the construction of slow traffic system in the future.Furthermore,Zhoushan island should establish the efficient and convenient green comprehensive traffic system which can cover both international and domestic market.Due to the limits of samples in number and scale,the results may be uncertain,which needs more experiments to confirm.
