This paper based on the practical problems of an enterprise and regards the loading problem of the hydraulic module combination trailer as the research object, the relationship between the support bracket's span and loading was researched, which is the hydraulic module combination trailer with any number of axis under the bracket load mode, and on this basis, the load calculation software platform was developed. The development of Platform not only provides guidance to the user of combination trailer, but also improves the hydraulic module combination trailers design efficiency.Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of use and research of the hydra-ulic module combination trailer both in domestic and abroad, and studied the current situation of the research on the loading problem. Combines the project requirements, the loading problem of hydraulic module combination trailers under the bracket load mode was researched, and the bending moment formula of hydraulic module combin-ation trailer with any number of axis was deduced, and then, offers two parameters, which is the maximum positive bending moment and maximum negative bending moment, to control the loading of combination trailer, and finally according to the maximum load which the frame can withstand on different locations to draw the load chart.Subsequently, the paper demarcates the bending moment control parameters of the hydraulic module combination trailer by the using the finite element method. In this process, the finite element model of hydraulic module combination trailer was built with the shell element and solid element, which was simplified on the traveler and joints. Then,5 kinds of typical conditions of the support load was determined, and in all conditions to load calculations. Finally, according to the calculation results get typical vehicle bending moment control parameters, and according to the control parameters mapped the typical vehicle load curve.Afterwards, according to business requirements, the loading calculation software platform of hydraulic module combination trailer was developed. In this process, a rounded analysis of the demand of computing platform was carried out; the features data flow diagram was designed. The general design was carried out on the platform and the development method and development language was determined, all levels of functional modules were designed for the platform. Then, the paper researched the specific implementations of the platform, designed of the interface of each functional module, discussed the key modules, including data transfer module, the mapping module and the data access module, and give the implementation code of them.This paper not only solves actual business problems, but also provides a combination trailer design tool, while it provides a feasible method to research on the vehicle in the development of professional software independently and also to solve similar problems for reference.
