The modular transporter use a variety of splicing methods to meet different quality, shape and volume of goods transport. One of spliced form is low flatbed deck assembling in the middle of the two module unit. This spliced form can lower the cargo center of gravity to improve the stability of transport and the possibility of culverts and tunnels. And can reduce transportation costs. This paper researched and analysed a sub-carrier system, using the230tons of low flatbed deck to transport300tons of cargo.Firstly studied the structural characteristics of the modular transporter. In order to meet cargo characteristics, the modular transporter is equipped with a variety of deck and adapter. Detailed the structure of the low flatbed deck and the splicing characteristics with hydraulic module unit. Provide a good foundation for the design and development of load sharing system.Secondly, Focused on the four load sharing schemes to solve the transport300tons of cargo using230tons of low flatbed deck. compared the advantages and disadvantages of these schemes, and determined the arch bridge load sharing scheme for the final program.Thirdly, Introduced the structure parameters and the size parameters of the modular unit and the low flatbed deck. Determined the detailed structure and size of the arch bridge assembly, supporter and the new bodies in low flatbed deck of the arch bridge load sharing system. And choosed the hydraulic cylinder. Finally using UG drawed the CAD model of the arch bridge load sharing systems.Based on FEA theory, transformed CAD model into the the CAE model. The calculation based on a variety of loads and constraints imposed on the model, selected the appropriate grid type and size of mesh. Finally,The analyzed results show that the arch bridge sub-carrier systems is effect. the structure of the arch bridge load sharing systems in line with the intensity and frequency requirements.
