Projects has designed the structure of rapid trailer of airport cargo platform-truck, it meets requirements to improve the transfer efficiency of, it also will transport failure airport cargo platform truck to safe place to provide protection for the safe operation of the whole airport,the main research purposes is the structure lightweight optimization of trailer frame structure and lifting mechanism strycture.Firstly, establish and model the three-demensional modeling of quick trailer based on the model parameters of the airport cargo platform truck,analyze the loading process of platform truck to the initial theoretical trailer structure model,be sure that the platform truck has a certain amount of ground clearance in the lifting process,then establish the theoretical model of the lifting mechanism to analyze Multi-Linkage according to the parallelogram law;Secondly, import the rapid trailer frame model and the lifting mechanism model to HyperWorks, process the geometry model with processing function of HyperWorks,have a optimization of cantilevered steel beam and frame structure of trailer, analyze the trailer frame structure on static-force analysis in different operating conditions;Thirdly, import thelifting mechanism structure assembly into ADAMS, analyze the A and B point coordinate data, screen the key point coordinates combined with the theoretical model,and have dynamic simulation, select the best parameters to generate the final lift mechanism structure model;Finally, take the co-simulation by ADAMS and ANSYS, generate flexible body file of cantilevered ragid beam with ANSYS, Alternate the lifting structure in ADAMS with rigid body of cantilevered steel structure, have the rigid-flexible coupling analysis in ADAMS,then import cantilevered steel beam load file of different time into ANSYS, analyze the cantilevered steel beam structure in Statics;design optimization of the quick trailer body structure and the lifting structure, the structure of the overall trailer body becomes lightweight, simulate and analyze each structure in Statics and Dynamics, the lifting process based on the lifting mechanism structure is more reasonable, the strength of trailer frame structure in different conditions is according to the design requirements.
