| The big fault on the electric power system is very harmful to country economy.Since 2000, every power grids have practiced the management fault informationsystem, we have accumulated some experience, but some key problems areconcurrence. It restricts the system development. The system includes three parts: terminal station, master station, andcommunication net. To realize the appliance target, it is necessary to solve everypart's problem, and, it is necessary to solve the problem about transmission protocol,appliance function, system safety since combination the three parts. On terminal station in this thesis, it discusses the net structure and mode. Linkthe characteristic of the intelligence electric device, position, electromagnetismcircumstance in power plant and substation, this thesis put forward delaminating anddistributing loop ethernet network mode. This thesis analysis the interface standard tocriterion it and analysis the characteristic of message from the devices, the shortage ofthe COMTRADE format and the IEC-60870-5 protocol. This thesis improves it toform reasonable communication protocol. On master station, it discusses the net structure and mode. Via investigate andanalyse, definitude the function of master station including basic, application, andadvanced application function. This thesis study on the design about the hardware flat,soft flat, database. This thesis considers independence, security, reliablity, andexpansibility on the hardware flat. This thesis put forward the guideline of structureand blocking function on the soft flat. This thesis compares the characteristic ofdatabase software and gives advice, confirm the possess design request and measure. On communication, it discusses the mode and request about transmission. OnATM used in north china power grid, this thesis emphasize discusses the guidelineabout link on these devices each other, message transmission, safety region. Towardmaster communicate with termination stations, on the bases of record or non-recorddata and IEC60870-5-103 protocol, combinate the ASDU in IEC60870-5-104protocol and TCP/IP to solve the shortage of transmission protocol at present. Itdiscusses the regulation about physics, link, and application layer of the protocol. This thesis discusses the system safety. Toward system circumstance, thecharacteristic of electric power vocation, this thesis discusses the means about systemdesign, data fountain safety, safety region isolation, anti-virus, anti-inbreak, popedomand user management. Thesis means form safety system. This thesis put forward quantity guideline for the system capability from projectexperience. Combine structure, mode, software and hardware flat, database,communication, transmission protocol, safety, function with quantity guideline, itform the whole guideline and request for the system. Finally, this thesis sum up the work and prospect the development direction. |
