Based on the random, intermittent and uncontrollable nature of wind power, considering the impact of wind power uncertainties on the distribution network expansion planning, three modes of wind farm connected to the distribution network were analized in this paper. The modes includes pure wind power, wind farm Supported by construction of storage facilities, as well as Wind-photovoltaic-energy storage hybrid system. This paper pay attention to the study on network expansion planning considered distributed generation. An expectation planning model is presented, which has an objective function composed of the investment and operation cost of lines and wind power system, electric purchase costs and environment costs, on the base of the stochastic DC power flow generated by wind power. To the wind-ES and the wind-PV-ES hybrid system, the planning includes the rated capacity determination of the compositions of the hybrid system. In the end, the programs under three modes will be assessed using a evaluation index system.
