Brushless DC motor is widely used in electric motorcycles, it's controller directly affectthe power quality and operating efficiency of a motorcycle. But the control of the controllerchip on the market do not have the most professional brushless DC motor control module, thedesign of peripheral circuits necessary to build a lot of logic gates to implement the controllerlogic of the bridge MOSFET driver controls the upper and lower bridge in theMOSFET interlock function and dead-time settings and so rely on analog circuitry toimplement, reliability and maintenance is poor, this paper has the ARM Cortex-M3 core of theSTM32 chip high-performance and flexible configuration, an applicationdeveloped low-voltage electric motorcycle in the low-cost high-power brushless DC motorcontroller, a good solution to this problem.The main contents are as follows:(1) Done a lot of research work on the analysis and comparison of existing controllers,selected from the best development program.(2) The establishment of a brushless DC motor control model, with the Proteus software todrive brushless DC motor and speed control principle of the simulation, the simulation resultsof the analysis of the actual circuit design has been improved.(3) The establishment of a MOSFET drive circuit simulation model of the drive circuit of theelectronic components of a comprehensive analysis of the role, combined with the internalfeatures of the chip simulation software LTspice IV by the actual drive circuit are verified.(4) The establishment of the STM32 debug development and simulation environment,complete all the program design.(5) Build a small development system, the controller hardware and software debugging,developed brushless DC motor controller, electric motorcycle prototype.
