| As one of the most important part of urban infrastructures, urban drainage system is refered to"lifeline system"for urban survival and development. However, there are numerous problems in our country, such as the imperfect drainage facilities, lag of necessary construction on the pipe network, insufficient ability of sewage process and so on, which cause environmental pollution. In addition, the simple level control method used mostly in current pumping station system leads to sewage overflows and waste of energy commonly. Definitely, it can not adjust the operation of pump by the trend of level to avoid the sewage overflow in time. For these reasons, it is necessary to optimize the traditional control method. To set up sewage pumping station model is the key to realize the optimization. In fact, many factors make it difficult to model for the pumping station system, such as crowd's behavior, rainfall, the pipeline leak, uncertainty and lag of sewage inflow and so on, which result in nonlinear of system seriously.In this paper, we try to build an accurate and reliable data model of pumping station system, and study optimal control of pumping station to save energy based the model and its simulation. Research works summarized as follows:(1) Data-based modeling of urban sewage pumping system: according to the Gelormino sewer LTI discrete model, the paper deduced a feasible generalized data model with the practical requirements, and proposed system identification method: 1) utilizing data mining technology to achieve clustering model structure; 2) applying correlation analysis to determine model structure; and 3) using least squares method and the fading memory recursive least squares method to achieve model parameter identification and on-line identification. The actual calculation result shows that the data model established by the above method can simulate and predict the inflow, the sewage and the water level change, which can be used to guide and manage the urban sewage pumping system(2) Design and reliazation of sewage pumping simulation system: from the above theory analysis, we can build data-based model of sewage pump station system. Then we try to develop simulation system which can intuitively use the data model. We developed the system by B/S architecture technology with easy maintenance and easy integration with other information systems. The prototype system realizes the whole modeling process including model clustering, correlation analysis, data modeling, and simulation operation. Therefore, we can rapidly and intuitively setup and vadilate the model for each sewage pumping station system.(3) Study on the optimization control of urban drainage system based on fuzzy control: according to the study of data model , level trend prediction based on the model,the experience of actual operation and the drainage of upstream and downstream pump stations, we deduced the optimization control of urban drainage system based on fuzzy control technology. Using this method, it can save energy with minimization sewage overflows, and reduce the frequency of pump switch. |
