Research On The Conservation Planning Of The National Park Of China

Landscape resources are very important around all resources, It is the best part of natural landscape and cultural landscape, as a non-renewable and scarce resource it is increasingly attracting attention. In recent decades, China has put a lot of efforts and made great achievements on the protection and utilization of scenic resources. However, as a developing country, China's protection of scenic resources encounter many problems because of the constraints of economic technology. With the further deepening of reform and opening up, the growing tourism industry develop the National Park as a tourism product. The development of tourism on the one hand injected new vitality to the local economy, on the other hand also caused damage on scenic resources, is a veritable "double-edged sword." To seek economic advantage and blind exploitation the scenery resources, not only run counter to the basic principles of sustainable development, but also run in the opposite direction of the international trend of protection scenic resources. Now, destructive exploitation of National Park trend intensified, urban expansion, population growth within the National Park, unrestrained commercial development, lack of planning and management of the landscape directly accelerated the depletion of scenic resources, while as a developing countries, We also have to speed up the developing of scenic resources to promote local economic development. The contradiction between development and protection becomes fiercely. How to alleviate this contradiction is the key problem of the Master Plan of National Park.This paper first make a qualitative and quantitative comparison of the theoretical system, management mechanism, methods and means of landscape resources protection and other related elements at home and abroad in recent years.Followed by case studies, the author researches on the framework of conservation planning process and analysis the difficulties and drawbacks of it. Then according to China's basic national conditions and the status of National Park of China, the author try to find out the advanced theoretical methods that can be introduced to guide the master planning of National Park of China. With the main perspective of protecting landscape resources, the author try to build a framework system which bases on interpretation quantitative system, zoning of quantitative and visualization, monitoring feedback three areas in order to enrich and perfect the existing framework, and try to build a conservation planning system that can be implemented in the protection system.
