Putuo as the first batchof Chinese National park has representative of its research.This paper talked about the creative theory of plants landscape in National park from the aspects ofspace, level, seasonal and ecology, according to some research on scenery with landscape theory.Through literature review and field investigations of Mount. Putuo(except Zhujiajian and MountainLuojia), the paper research on plants, community, space and level of plant landscape through analyzingancient trees, scenic forest, road, and waterfront greenbelt to generalize both advantages anddisadvantages of Mount Putuo. Basiced on the present situation of Moun. Putuo , the papersummarised"buddhism, strand plant, ancient trees and special plant"as its owncharacteristic. Planning the national park of Moun.Putuo by the native trees, culture, space andecology.This paper gets the following suggestion:(1)Taking investigate of the current situation for the planning.(2) Focus on the ecological protection, coordinating development of scenic spots. Ancient andfamous trees should be protected strictly, implanted in group to prevent destruct from other organism.Scenic forest should be affluent in level, space and season. Enriching the plant community structure.The road of the national park should increase climber plants. In the distribution center and other placeswithin the fine configuration to guide visitors.(3) Emphasing on scenic features of construction , mining the local culture to form the famous areawith cultural connotations.(4)Establishing native plant nursery to satisfy its own constructive needs.
