In the fields of industrial production and construction, wood materials are a very important material which is used in wide ranges. Thin wood composites means the fiberboard, particleboard, wood fiber plastic, reconstituted veneer or pulp molded products which thickness is 1~8mm. Thin wood composites can be used as many kinds of box boards, container boards, non-load-bearing wall panels of building materials, roof, decoration in room and decorated materials. According to the different environments and applications, the uses of mechanical properties of these composites are different. Quickly detected the main mechanical property of thin wood composites has a very significant meaning in production and application fields.In this article, the goal is to quickly detect the elastic modulus of thin wood composites, to research and develop the mechanical property test system of thin wood composites. The aim is to put the research theory into actual usable test system, main research work is the hardware circuit design, the software program design as well as the mechanical design. On this basis, conduct the test experiments and data analyses.The anti-interference test experiments have been taken in the hardware circuit system, to discuss the effects of environmental interference and the blocking ways. It is found that using switching power supply without grounding measure, no power filter and isolation transformer devices, the test result is the worst; linear power supply with ground measure, adding power filter and isolation transformer have the best effect. According to the results, conduct the optimization design of hardware circuit system which goal is the anti-interference. The experiment results demonstrate that the developed test system can restrain the different interference factors of grid power, transmission channel, and space electromagnetic radiation effectively.Based on the developed test system, we have researched the test method of stress relaxation of thin wood composites, and discussed the evaluation methods of wood stress relaxation property.The results show that the developed test system can measure the static elastic modulus, dynamic elastic modulus, and the first natural frequency quickly. It can also be an effective way to test and evaluate the property of the wood stress relaxation.
