Prediction rutting of asphalt mixture is not only an important basis for Asphalt Mixture design, and can also serve as road maintenance and repair.Using high-temperature creep test to study high-temperature rheological properties of asphalt mixture, considered with finite element method in the related model, proposed used modify Prony series to fit relaxation modulus to determine method the material parameters. Build a two-dimensional plane model, using arrays method to simulation dynamic load, and developed rutting test simulation procedure by FEM to Rutting Prediction and fitting analysis, on the basis of this, a multi-layered visco-elastic system Rutting Prediction and shear stress Envelope Design Act.Collecting the research finding, it is discussion of FEM method to predict rut depth, analyzing asphalt mixes rheological parameters, thickness, wheel load speed and temperature on the sensitivity of ruting depth, proposed Shear stress envelope the design method initially. studing the Rutting Prediction model, can predict the actual Rutting on road, it's can play an active role in pavement design, structural design, and high and low temperature performance analysis.
